Hillspire
Sr. Product Manager
I served as the lone product manager on a small, scrappy team. We built and launched an AI product and capability within the organization as well as a Grants Management System that processed philanthropic grants and gifts and was utilized by thousands of external grantees.
Sr. Product Manager
I joined Lucid Motors the week we delivered our first 10 customer vehicles and our product team was in its infancy.

I launched a revenue generating custom app that was used by customers, our B2B partners, and government regulators. I designed and built an algorithm that enabled parts ordering, a critical revenue source. And I was nearing launching a vehicle-viewing mobile app that could be used for sales and service purposes when I left the company.
DocuSign
Product Owner
I led an engineering team at DocuSign supporting the Customer Success and Support business units. I owned the DocuSign Support Center and the DocuSign Community in addition to a number of other products.
